•We kept the same midsole and outsole you loved on the Vapor 2 and improved the locked-feel around the midfoot and heel for better, sharper cuts. The collar is more comfortable than it was on the 2, too.

•The forefoot is more flexible because we shrunk the forefoot Air Zoom unit. You still get the responsive cushioning at the highest push-off point of your forefoot, but now there’s more flex.

•The supportive forefoot piece features a deeper flex notch to improve flexibility. And there’s more grip and stick on the forefoot piece as well.

•A full midfoot fit band allows you to pull the laces tighter to enhance the fit and enable faster cuts.

•The upper is made of a durable, breathable mesh.

•The tip of the shoe is made of durable rubber.
